What’s the difference between the billing and delivery address?

The billing address is the one linked to your method of payment and is
usually your civic address. The delivery address is the address where
you want your order to be delivered.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee varies by location. When you finish your purchase and enter
your address, you will see the options for locations and delivery fee
for each one. If you order is over $79, the delivery is on us!

My city is not on the delivery list, now what?

This
is due to the lack of demand in your region. Please contact us so we
can study the possibility of expanding deliveries to your location.

When delivering, will frozen/fresh products arrive in good condition?

Yes. We have a refrigerated van to ensure that your product arrive at the destination in perfect condition.

The product is appearing out of stock. When will it be available again?

We replenish our stock in a weekly basis. If your product is not in
stock in the next few days, it is either due to a shortage in the
supplier or because it is on the way.
