Easy Brazilian Escondidinho Recipe 🥘
If you’ve never tried Escondidinho, you’re in for a treat!
This Brazilian comfort food is a delicious casserole made with layers of creamy mashed potatoes (or yucca) and a savory filling, usually with seasoned meat or chicken.
